Meeting Minutes

7:15 PM The minutes for July 14, 2009 were read and accepted with changes noted.
The Board discussed the Senior Housing presentation by the PVPC made earlier tonight
at 6:30 PM.
7:30 PM Special Permit Request Continuance

Mr. Carabetta and his son, Michael, presented new plans that the Board had requested. They answered all the Board’s questions and made the required design changes.
Their request for a hatchway was denied. The maximum height of the house will be 32’.
Voting in favor of the proposal were, Sarto Caron, Don Beal, Fred Beaulieu
and Ron Seaburg.

The Burleighs want to tear down the existing house and rebuild a new house.
They will need to provide the Board with a plot plan showing the present house location
and proposed structure.
A site visit was scheduled for July 29, at 5:30 PM.
A continuance was scheduled for August 11, at 7:30 PM.

The Board requested a new completed set of plot plans reflecting the project.
The plot plans were presented and explained by their builder, Bill Cantell.
The Board signed the completed plans.
